Find your fit

Every class and session can draw on small props — weights, balls, glute bands, the Pilates ring — when your instructor wants to load or target something specific.

Private beginner intro

New to the reformer or unsure where to begin? Start with three 50-minute sessions, just you and an instructor, before you ever join a group. You'll learn the machine, the safety catches and how to set your own springs, so your first class isn't also your first time on a reformer.

Mixed Ability

Group Reformer Class

For anyone confident moving on the reformer without step-by-step instruction — you don't need to be advanced, just past the basics. The instructor adjusts each person's springs and tempo individually, so a newer mover and an experienced one can take the same class side by side.

Advanced

Group Reformer Class

Complex sequencing, advanced spring loads and full-body combinations for people with an established reformer practice.

Athletic Reformer: Loaded

Group Reformer Class

Pilates with an athletic edge. Classic Reformer sequences and precise technique meet added weights and resistance to build full-body strength, stability and endurance. Come ready to work hard and leave feeling stronger.

Private

A full session built around one body — an injury you're managing, a goal you're training toward, or simply a preference for undivided attention. You’ll be using a combination of the reformer, Cadillac and Chair. Available beyond the three-session beginner offer, at any stage.

Duo

You and one other, one instructor, working through the same session together. A good option for a partner, a friend, or a parent and teenager.

Small Group

Beyond two, still capped well below a regular class, for a team, a wedding party or a group of colleagues who want the studio to themselves. Talk to us about scheduling and pricing.
